L3 is a journey of growth and enrichment,
undertaken by like-minded peers who have achieved the highest levels
in their careers, and are ready to refocus their energies on building
significance in their relationships with family, community and the
world.
What is L3 all about?
L3 concerns “Leadership, Legacy,
Life ”: we are a global network of accomplished leaders, embarking together on
the journey of the second half of life, seeking greater significance as individuals
and in our relationships with family and the world community.

What are the Benefits of
Membership?
The first benefit is simply the opportunity to share
experiences and learn from other outstanding leaders, in the key areas of focus
in the lives of most of us. In addition, L3 provides new, exclusive resources
in five key areas, to help us as “the journey continues…” These areas,
known as “Gateways” to new knowledge, opportunities and growth,
include: Health, Family, Wisdom, Purposeful Travel, and a Foundation that helps
connect members with each other and new resources to further their community-building
interests.

Who
qualifies for membership?
At least one member of each L3 couple, or an individual member, must
have proven leadership in any area of endeavor: business, helping
organizations, government, or significant independent achievement. In
addition, each member has made a substantial contribution to society.
A key principle of L3 is the value placed on
couples participating together as fully recognized members.
Does L3 have a diverse
membership?
Absolutely. We
currently have members throughout the U.S., as well as Canada,
Mexico, Britain, and Israel. We actively seek as members leaders
from varied backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.

families involved?
Absolutely, L3 prioritizes multi-generational, family-cementing
initiatives, and will have products and services to deliver on our
promise of enrichment.
How do I begin the application
process?
Membership is by invitation; new members have
two sponsors when they apply. To get details on qualifications and

What is the history of L3?
The L3 concept was born in 2007 as a vision of
like-minded peers. We became a formal, working entity in early 2008.
Because we are a relatively new organization with a uniquely able
member community, each new member has the opportunity to participate
actively in shaping the organization's activities and services.
